Bronwyn Muldoon PT, DPT

Owner & Founder of Lyons Physical Therapy and Longmont Physical and Sports Therapy

Dr. Bronwyn Muldoon has extensive experience in sports medicine, orthopedic injuries and the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions. She particularly has an interest in educating athletes, coaches and parents in preventive care such as ACL injuries, concussion rehab, and advising when it’s safe to return to sport post injury.

Bronwyn opened Lyons Physical Therapy in 2000, to give individual, hands-on care for her patients, striving to meet each patient’s needs and goals. She is continually advancing her education and knowledge of human movement, supporting her commitment to providing the best possible care to her patients.

Bronwyn earned her doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014, and in 2017, Bronwyn became a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist, and expanded her practice to Longmont, with Longmont Physical & Sports Therapy.

Bronwyn lives in Lyons with her husband and four children. She enjoys traveling, camping, hiking and paddle boarding. She is very active in the community and is currently president of the Lyons Area Chamber of Commerce.

Mary Eaman, RPT

brian-and-mary-chamonixMary Eaman graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Physical Therapy and has worked as a PT in Boulder County for over 20 years. She enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic injuries, especially spinal pain and problems.

Mary has done extensive continuing education coursework in manual physical therapy techniques, vestibular and vertigo treatments, and is fluent in Spanish. Mary believes hands-on, one-on-one PT is the best way to help her patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Mary lives in Longmont with her husband and dog and loves to travel, scuba dive, sail, read and garden.

Dar Zerwekh Reardon, MPT

daraction2 daraction Dar Zerwekh Reardon graduated from the University of Utah with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1999 and enjoys working with patients with a variety of orthopedic injuries. She strives to promote education and prevention as well as to provide unique, individual, evidence-based rehabilitation plans. She is passionate about the promotion of ACL/Concussion and other prevention programs within youth sport.

Dar is an avid community volunteer and serves on the board of the Louisville Dolphins Swim Team and is the Middle School Volunteer Coordinator for Peak to Peak Charter School.

She lives in Louisville with her husband and three children and enjoys running, hiking, yoga and paddle boarding.

Ember Ingebretson PT, DPT

emberactionEmber was a 3 sport athlete throughout high school which led to injuries and early exposure to the world of physical therapy. It was her positive experience as a patient which drew Ember into a shadowing program of her physical therapist as a junior in high school and ultimately the profession of physical therapy. She continues to be driven by her empathy toward, and passion for, prevention and wellness for each of her clients.

Ember began as a physical therapist in 2003 after receiving a master’s degree from the University of North Dakota (UND). She later went on to complete training in women’s health and Pilates which she feels perfectly compliments her functional rehabilitation approach with clients in all ages and stages of life. Ember went on to earn her doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2007. She most recently completed continuing education coursework in therapeutic neuroscience- educating and treating patients with chronic pain.

Her career has allowed for diverse orthopedic patient cases in both the private practice and hospital-based outpatient therapy settings.

Ember lives in Longmont with her husband and 3 boys. She enjoys running, skiing, hiking, Pilates, Yoga, reading and traveling.

Seneca Webb Tantum, DPT

seneca-webb-tantum seneca-webbSeneca Webb Tantum graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center in May 2007 a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist and has completed Level 1 Functional DryNeedling training. Seneca also has extensive training in vestibular rehabilitation with a special interest in concussion recovery. A former Certified Massage Therapist, Seneca completed a year long program at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in March 2001. She also received certification as a Neuromuscular Therapist utilizing trigger point therapy in that program.

A non-traditional student, Seneca’s original BS degree in Geology and Environmental Science was conferred by Tufts University in Medford, MA in 1991. Seneca moved to Colorado in 1995, and stayed for the climbing and skiing. Working a wide variety of mountain town jobs including trail crew, house-keeping, and food service, Seneca became inspired to make a positive contribution to her community through physical therapy. Work and play injuries shouldn’t be show-stoppers. Seneca loves to focus on function and help a patient return to both work and play as soon as possible.

Laura Schmonsees, DPT

Laura graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011 after her first career as a NOLS instructor and Mountain Guide. Laura specializes in orthopedic manual therapy, and enjoys working with both chronic and acute conditions from head to toe. Laura is the founder of Wave Tools, http://www.wavetoolstherapy.com, which makes Physical Therapy tools for professional and individual use.

Laura uses an integrative and comprehensive approach to Physical Therapy including joint mobilizations, trigger point dry needling, tool-assisted scar and adhesion release (IASTM), muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, exercise prescription, and postural retraining. Laura’s goal is to help you not only heal from injury, but to also help you understand the causes, mechanisms, and perpetuators of the problem so that you can avoid flare-ups in the future.

Laura’s personal and teaching experience with rock climbing, skiing, biking, running, kayaking, and rafting, enable her to individualize her treatment plans to her patient’s specific needs. In her free time she prefers to be outdoors and is frequently found rock climbing at the local crags, hiking with her dog, or biking Hall Ranch.

Kris Donohoe, Office Manager

img_0428Kris Donohoe graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania in 1988. She has held several positions in the insurance industry the last of which was as a corporate trainer for a large brokerage firm with four offices in Colorado.

In 1999, Kris left that position to become more active in the family business and spend more time with her two children.

Kris joined Lyons Physical Therapy in 2008 and thoroughly enjoys life in Lyons with her husband and kids.

Jackie Brennan, OTR

jackie-brennan-entry-3Jackie Brennan is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience. Her expertise is working with individuals with various hand and upper extremity injuries including carpal tunnel, finger and wrist fractures, tendon repairs, splinting and elbow problems.

She has specialized in upper extremity rehab and focuses on healing those with injuries so they can get full function and strength back. “The ability to use our hands and arms without pain and limitations is integral to living ones daily life. It is important to learn to work through our impairments to be able to perform daily activities like dressing, eating, driving and working.” Jackie also teaches the importance of good body mechanics, ergonomics and joint protection to prevent future injuries and overuse.

Jackie lives in Lyons and enjoys the outdoors, hiking with her dog and spending time with friends and family.
