Dr. Jodi Eckenhoff is a Midwest transplant with over 20 years of physical therapy experience. Born and raised in Chicago, she moved to Colorado 8 years ago and immediately fell in love with the area. She originally earned a degree in architecture from the University of New Mexico. While working in the field of architecture, Jodi discovered an interest in exercise physiology and decided to pursue it. In 1996, Jodi received a master’s degree in physical therapy from Northwestern University in Chicago. Ann received her M.S. degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado in Denver, CO. Since then she has continued to grow in her knowledge of the body and enthusiasm for helping others.In addition to her physical therapy practice Ann is an author, motivational speaker, and mountain biking coach. Her expertise is working with individuals with various hand and upper extremity injuries including carpal tunnel, finger and wrist fractures, tendon repairs, splinting and elbow problems. She has held several positions in the insurance industry the last of which was as a corporate trainer for a large brokerage firm with four offices in Colorado. In 1999, Kris left that position to become more active in the family business and spend more time with her two children. Kris joined Lyons Physical Therapy in 2008 and thoroughly enjoys life in Lyons with her husband and kids.

She enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic injuries, especially spinal pain and problems. Mary has done extensive continuing education coursework in manual physical therapy techniques, vestibular and vertigo treatments, and is fluent in Spanish. Mary believes hands-on, one-on-one PT is the best way to help her patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
